The National Environmental Policy Institute (NEPI), a Washington, DC-based non-profit organization, is offering employers the opportunity to become a part of an innovative, incentive-based pilot program that tackels the problems of the daily commute and its affect on employees and air quality. NEPI’s ecommute pilot program, authorized by Congress, aims to measure the effectiveness of reducing vehicle trips and mobile emissions through teleworking.
